Why I want to
be Miss Teen Rodeo Montana Miss Teen Rodeo
Montana has the opportunity to serve as an ambassador
for the great sport of rodeo, its people, and our
western heritage. As the professional sport of rodeo is
gaining in popularity, it is important for Miss Teen
Rodeo Montana to familiarize fans with rodeo. Miss Teen
Rodeo Montana should aspire to bring new faces to the
crowd. Another important role for Miss Teen Rodeo
Montana is to be a role model to younger people
demonstrating good horsemanship and rodeo knowledge as
well as poise, composure, and strength of character.

Why I want to
be Miss Teen Rodeo Montana I want to become
Miss Teen Rodeo Montana because it would be such an
honor to represent rodeo at a state and professional
level. I am truly a rodeo girl. I’ve been out there at
high school rodeos in the mud, rain and bitter cold
weather. I’ve been out there when it is 100 degrees
trying to push my horse just a little faster than the
last time or trying to turn my steer just a little
quicker. I have been around rodeo my whole life and
when I say whole life I mean it. My mom and dad were
team ropers and my dad was a calf roper. My grandpa was
a pro bronc rider, roper, and a horse breaker. He even
rode in the Wolf Point Stampede. Rodeo has been in my
family for generations and I think because of that I am
blessed with the knowledge and ability to really show
people how wonderful America’s original sport is. I
think with that attitude and my experiences that I would
be a great representative for rodeo nationwide.
